In an address to the National Assembly, Prime Minister Đuro Macut unveiled the most ambitious reform of Serbia's public health system in a generation. The €2.1 billion framework, developed in consultation with medical faculties, patient advocacy organisations and regional health authorities, sets a clear trajectory for modernised primary care, digital health records and a repatriation programme for Serbian physicians working abroad.
